March 13 will be a day of transformation
for the area formally known as the 313.

On March 13, #313DLove will air these wonderful stories from people who are Making it Happen every day in and around our city. A dozen or more talks will focus on topics that we as Detroit-area residents need to take to heart:
• Forgiveness
• Forming a Stronger Identity
• Leadership
• Community
• Creativity
• Entrepreneurship
#313DLove will remind Detroit of our past greatness, while describing how we can make the future even better.

We are thrilled that the inaugural #313Dlove event will take place the year as Detroit celebrates her 313th birthday. We are even more excited to partner with the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History to present this outstanding event to you. And we are BLOWN AWAY by the caliber of doers and makers we have attracted to share their positive stories and collective wisdom with us.

This will be an amazing day full of great connections, inspiration and positive energy that will ripple throughout our area. 313 people will be able to embrace the vibe live on-site with us. For those who can’t, we are working on a live stream feed to area churches and community centers. All the speakers and interviews with the attendees will be shot in video and recorded in audio and posted to our web site, www.lovefordetroit.com, so we can share Detroit message with the world.
